How much does Klaros cost?
Hosted: a 14-day free trial, then Founding Partner launch tier at ₹699/month billed annually (list price ₹999/month), or Growth Cloud at ₹1,499/month billed annually. Self-Deployed Pro: a flat ₹39,000 / $499 per year per deployment with unlimited contacts, running on your own Cloudflare account. All plans include 5 Agent Seats by default and zero messaging markup.
Does Klaros add a markup on WhatsApp messages?
No. You connect your own WhatsApp Business Account and pay Meta directly at Meta's published rates. Klaros is never in the payment path for messaging, so the per-conversation markup is zero on every plan. Before we charged anyone, we audited our own billing and published what we found: five live defects, including two plans priced below what this page advertised.
What is the difference between hosted and self-deployed?
Hosted means Klaros runs on our infrastructure for you, exactly like the trial. Self-deployed means it runs in your own Cloudflare account, so your contacts, conversations, and media stay in infrastructure you control. Either way you connect your own WhatsApp number, pay Meta directly, and can export everything at any time. You can move between the two. Klaros is not open source in either mode: the deployment page spells out exactly what that does and does not mean.
