For agencies and integrators

Stop reselling someone else's platform at someone else's prices.

Most agencies doing WhatsApp are resellers: the platform keeps the margin, the vendor keeps the client relationship, and you cannot even forecast your own profit because the messaging markup is a moving target. Klaros flips it. You deploy one instance per client, each on the client's own WhatsApp account, and you charge for your expertise. Meta bills the messaging directly, at zero markup.

Why agencies run Klaros this way

Margin you can forecast

A flat license, not a moving markup

Each deployment is a predictable flat cost. You price your setup and management on top and know your margin to the rupee, not a percentage of a bill that changes monthly.

A cleaner pitch

The client owns everything

Their WhatsApp account, their data, their infrastructure. That is a strong thing to sell, and it makes the engagement easy to audit and easy to hand over.

Stickier, honestly

Retention through service, not lock-in

You keep the client because your work is good, not because their data is hostage. The full REST API lets you build automation only you know how to run.

How it works

Three steps per client, then you operate.

1

Deploy one instance

Stand up a single-tenant Klaros for the client on their own Cloudflare account, connected to their own WhatsApp Business Account.

2

Build and configure

Templates, flows, sequences, and automation via the API. Your expertise, applied to their business. This is what you bill for.

3

Manage and grow

Run campaigns, watch the live cost dashboard, and charge a clear monthly management fee. Messaging stays between the client and Meta.

Where this is not for you, plainly

Klaros is single-tenant by design: one operating business per deployment, never many clients in one instance. If your model needs a single multi-tenant panel that bills many clients' messaging with a markup you set, that is a reseller platform and Klaros deliberately is not one. We do not offer a white-label reseller program. What we offer is a stack your client owns and you operate.

Common questions

Does Klaros have a white-label reseller program?

No, and that is deliberate. Klaros is single-tenant: one deployment per business, owned by that business. Instead of a reseller panel where you bill many clients' messaging through one platform at a markup, you deploy a separate Klaros for each client, they own it and pay Meta directly, and you charge for your setup and ongoing management. It is a services model, not a messaging-markup model.

How do agencies make margin without a messaging markup?

You charge for what you actually add: implementation, template and flow design, automation built on the API, campaign management, and support. The client pays a predictable flat Klaros license plus Meta's own message rate, both transparent. Your margin is your expertise, which is defensible, rather than a hidden percentage on messages, which clients increasingly resent.

Who owns the client's WhatsApp account and data?

The client does. Each deployment runs on the client's own WhatsApp Business Account and, when self-hosted, their own Cloudflare account. Data is fully exportable. This makes the engagement clean to audit and clean to hand over, and it is a selling point when you pitch the client.

Can I run many clients from one Klaros instance?

No. Klaros is intentionally single-tenant: one operating business per deployment, never many clients in one instance. For an agency that means one deployment per client. If your model requires a single multi-tenant panel that bills many clients' messaging with a markup, Klaros is not built for that.
