AI Sources & Auto-Reply
An assistant that answers customers from your own published facts, says which facts it used, and hands over to your team when it has no answer.
An Assistant That Answers From Your Facts, or Not at All
The problem today
A generic chatbot will answer anything, including prices, discounts and policies it has made up. Every invented answer is one your business either honours or apologises for.
How Klaros solves it
Klaros builds a knowledge base from what you already publish and maintain: your website pages, product library, saved answers, message templates, canned replies, service catalogue and a written business brief. Every automatic reply must cite the facts it used. A reply with no citation, or one citing a fact it was not given, is not sent, and the conversation goes to your team. Questions it could not answer are queued for you, and an answer written once is known from then on.

AI tools. Answers from your own facts.
After hours, the assistant answers from your own facts, and its reply is marked as automatic.
When your facts do not cover a question, it does not guess. It hands over to a person, and lists the question for you to answer once.
For your team, it drafts a reply. Nothing is sent until a person sends it.
Klaros runs in your own Cloudflare account. Start with a 14-day trial of the core CRM at tryklaros.com.
Customer Situations
Questions that arrive after hours wait until morning, and the customer moves on.
The Problem
A customer asks about stock and price at 9 PM on a Friday. The shop is closed until Monday, and by then they have bought elsewhere.
The Klaros Way
Klaros answers from your product library and published pages, tied to the facts it used, and hands anything it cannot answer to your team for the morning.
Technical Differentiator: Retrieval over your own knowledge base and citation-checked replies from Workers AI.
Expected Impact: Customers get a real answer outside working hours, and nothing made up.
Generic chatbots invent prices, discounts and promises.
The Problem
A bot offers a discount code nobody created, or promises a delivery date nobody can meet. You either honour it or lose the customer.
The Klaros Way
Every automatic reply must cite the facts it used. A reply without a citation, or citing a fact it was not given, is declined and the customer is handed to a person.
Technical Differentiator: Citation validation on every automatic reply before it can be sent.
Expected Impact: Replies are tied to your own facts, and the ones that are not never reach the customer.
Agents type the same answers all day.
The Problem
The team answers the same questions about returns, shipping and invoices again and again, with little time left for the conversations that sell.
The Klaros Way
An agent taps ✨ to suggest a reply and gets a draft built from the thread, your business brief and what the contact has consented to. They edit it or send it; nothing goes out without them.
Technical Differentiator: Draft-only agent assist on Workers AI, aware of the contact's consent.
Expected Impact: Less typing for the team, with a person on every reply.
How it works
- Collect: Klaros gathers your pages, products, answers, templates and brief into a knowledge base, refreshed every night.
- Retrieve: for each question it finds the passages that share its meaningful words, ignoring filler words that cause false matches.
- Answer: the model replies from those passages only, and must say which facts it used.
- Check: a reply with no citation, or citing a fact it was not given, is refused and the conversation goes to a person.
- Stay out of the way: it says nothing in a conversation a team member has claimed, and waits two hours after a team member has replied.
Boundaries and prerequisites
Requires
- Facts to answer from: your published pages, product library, saved answers or a written business brief
Works with
- The Klaros inbox
- Your product library and website
- Cloudflare Workers AI in your own Cloudflare account
Does not replace
- Your team, for disputes, refunds and anything that needs judgement
When not to use it
- If nothing about your business is written down yet. Start with the business brief.
Frequently Asked Questions
Will the AI make up prices or invent product features?
It answers only from facts you have written or published, and every automatic reply must cite them. A reply with no citation, or citing something it was not given, is not sent, and the conversation is handed to your team.
Does the AI interrupt my human agents?
Never. The assistant says nothing in a conversation a human agent has claimed, and holds its reply for two hours if an agent sent the most recent outbound message.
What does it answer from?
Your published website pages, product library, saved answers, message templates, canned replies, service catalogue and a written business brief, refreshed every night. Questions it could not answer are queued for you, and an answer you write once is used from then on.
Where does the AI run?
On Cloudflare Workers AI inside your own self-deployed Klaros, in your own Cloudflare account. Klaros does not use your conversations to train anything.
Do you take a markup on the WhatsApp infrastructure cost for this extension?
No. Klaros never sits in the payment or messaging path. You connect your own WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) and pay Meta directly. "Zero markup" is a structural guarantee.
Can I trial this extension before committing?
Every workspace starts with a 14-day free trial of the core CRM, and can see every extension and what it does. Switching an extension on is part of a paid plan: message us on WhatsApp and we will turn it on for you.
Where is my conversation data stored?
All data lives in your own isolated Cloudflare D1 database and R2 buckets. Klaros is self-deployed infrastructure, giving you total data sovereignty and zero vendor lock-in.
